Untuk mengembalikan Navbar tersebut, ikuti step sederhana ini :
Login ke Blogger
Klik Tata Letak > Edit HTML
Cari kode ini :
#navbar-iframe {
display: none !important;
}
Letak kode diatas tidak jauh dari kode <head>
Hapus kode tersebut dan simpan template
Selesai, Navbar akan terdapat di atas blog anda (namanya juga navbar ^_^)
