11. Work Phone : nomor telepon tempat kerja anda, kalau ada
12. Mobile Phone : nomor HP anda
13. E-Mail Address : isi e-mail anda yang masih aktif
14. Password : isi huruf dan angka minimal 6 banyaknya
15. Security Question 1 : buat pertanyaan untuk pengamanan pertama
16. Security Answer 1 : jawab pertanyaan anda
17. Security Question 2 : buat pertanyaan untuk pengamanan kedua
18. Security Answer 2 : jawab pertanyaan anda tersebut. Pertanyaan pengaman ini sangat penting terutama untuk konfirmasi apabila anda lupa password atau PIN ketika mau acces account Anda.
19. Word Verification : masukkan karakter yang muncul secara benar
